Terms & Conditions for Behaviour Therapist Training Applicants
Before proceeding with your registration, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions of the programme offered by The Tree House International – Sri Lanka.

1. Programme Recognition
This is a pre-approved training programme under the International Behaviour Analysis Organisation (IBAO). It fulfils only the training component required for the International Behaviour Therapist (IBT) certification.
2. This programme is also approved by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC), Sri Lanka
3. Certification Requirements
Completion of this training programme does not grant full IBT certification. To become a certified IBT practitioner, applicants are required to complete the following additional components directly through IBAO:​

300 hours of supervised practice

Candidate skills testing

IBT online examination
4. Supervision Sessions
This Behaviour Therapist Training (BTT) programme does not include supervision. If supervision opportunities become available, eligible students will be invited to apply. Selection will be based on an interview and limited slots will be offered at the discretion of the management.
5. Graduation Ceremony
A graduation ceremony will be organised upon successful completion of the programme. However, the date, time, and venue of the ceremony are yet to be confirmed and will be communicated in due course.

6. Graduation Fee
Please note that the graduation fee is not included in the course fee. Participants who wish to attend the graduation ceremony will be required to pay the applicable fee separately.

7. Programme Completion Criteria
To be eligible for successful completion and certification of this training programme, participants must:

Maintain satisfactory attendance as required by the lecturer

Complete and submit all required assessments by the deadlines set forth by the programme coordinators
8. Non-refundable Payments
All payments made towards the programme fee are non-refundable, except in cases of programme cancellation by The Tree House International.

9. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain professional behaviour and respectful communication during the sessions. Any breach of conduct may lead to disciplinary action or removal from the programme without refund.
10. Changes to Programme Schedule
The Tree House International reserves the right to reschedule classes, change resource persons.
11. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Candidates are not authorised to record the webinar sessions in any format or to share the training content or materials with any third party. All training materials provided are for personal learning use only and remain the intellectual property of The Tree House International.
Additionally, please note that during the live sessions, some participants may voluntarily share personal experiences for discussion purposes. Candidates are expected to maintain strict confidentiality and must not share or disclose any personal or sensitive information discussed during the sessions with individuals outside the training group.
